This website, platonica.digital (the “Site”), is operated by Platonica (“Platonica,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Commercial Information Infrastructure company based in Mexico. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is strictly informational: it describes Platonica’s services and publishes content on commercial visibility and information infrastructure. The Site does not process online sales, manage user accounts, or receive payments. Services are engaged separately through a direct proposal and contract.

3. Intellectual property

The Site’s content (text, trademarks, logos, graphics, design, and structure) is owned by Platonica or used with permission. You may view the content and share links to it with attribution. Reproducing, modifying, or commercially exploiting the content without prior written authorization is not permitted.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, not to interfere with its operation, and not to extract content in bulk or through automated means without permission.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services such as LinkedIn and Google Calendar, and to the Commercial Visibility Audit at audit.platonica.digital. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Platonica is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

6. No warranties

The Site’s content is provided “as is,” for general informational purposes, and does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Platonica shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

8. Privacy

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico, and the parties waive any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
